This webinar segment reveals the unexpected revelations that emerged during our transformative journey to develop objective AI assessment rubrics. We share key insights discovered while creating a systematic assessment process used in our study. Using Walter, our AI integrated Assessment tool capable of analyzing 100 documents in under a minute, we reveal how this rapid rubric iteration process revolutionized our understanding of AI assessment. Participants will hear how this process fundamentally changed our perspective on automated AI integration into institutional assessment workflows, revealing unexpected patterns and opportunities that traditional evaluation methods miss. Participants will gain practical insights into implementing similar AI-enhanced assessment systems within their own institutional workflows, drastically reducing evaluation time while improving assessment quality.
